Delivery & Returns

At the time of dispatch, you will be informed via mail which will also have the details of the courier partner and the tracking number. Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package thrice before they return it to us. If we have to re-send the package, the courier charge will be borne by you. 

Chamomile Home ensures quality and takes great care in the delivery of products. We attend return requests only if the items delivered are faulty, have been damaged in-transit or do not match the item in the order placed. Please note that we have made every effort to display our products, styles and colours as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee accurate representation of colours on your monitor screen.

All orders placed are processed at the earliest because we believe you shouldn’t wait too long for your purchases. Hence, any change or cancellation needs to be intimated via a written email within 24 hours of placing the order at info@chamomilehome.in .

We do not stock readymade products with us. This helps us to reduce dead stock and gives us the opportunity to give you the perfect fit, design changes and more. We employ the highest quality of craftsmanship and the most stringent quality checks on every garment we produce. Therefore, returns are accepted only in case you have received a product that has been damaged during the shipping. You can easily avoid this hassle by refusing to accept the delivery if you find that the package has been damaged or tampered with.      Exchanges for sizing issues are allowed once per order. We would request you to check our size guide carefully before placing an order so as to reduce the chances of exchanges. We follow Standard UK/Indian Sizing to give you the best results. To return or exchange a product, kindly get in touch with us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product.

All products to be exchanged or returned must have the tags intact and should be in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the product,  you will receive confirmation within 48 hours that your return has been accepted for exchange/return. Once these conditions are met, the refund / exchange shall be processed within one week of the receipt of goods. The refund amount will be processed via the original mode of payment used by you at the time of purchase or as a credit note in case of COD payments.
