We make use of breathable, no-stretch, hypoallergenic, 100% Organic fabrics that are great for your skin. While our Sleepwear clothing will make you want to instantly hit the bed, our loungewear range comes handy when you simply wish to spend some quality time with friends and family. Be it for a casual stroll on the streets, running day to day errands, or a chilled out home scene with your buddies, our loungewear range consists of all your must-have Basics!
Unlike other sleepwear brands that use polyester blend fabrics to make their products, Chamomile Home employs natural cotton fabrics. While polyester blend fabrics are cheap and pocket friendly, they cause harm to both your skin and the environment in the long run. Handloom Cotton is a hand woven natural fiber made with cotton. This handspun, natural, skin-friendly and organic fabric is ideal for Indian weather conditions and keeps the wearer cool in summer and warm in winter. Handloom Cotton is a hypoallergenic fabric that uses no chemicals in manufacturing and allows the skin of the wearer to breathe easily.

Orders & Payments
Once your order is placed, we process your order within 3 working days, after which it is shipped. A tracking number will be added as a note to your order and the same will be intimated to you via email. You will also receive notifications and updates via text and email from our shipping partners, once your order has been shipped.
Yes, but it cannot be done on the website. For any change of address or contact details, please mail us at info@chamomilehome.in mentioning the order ID along with the required changes. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
COD enables you to pay by cash at the time of delivery. However, that service is provided at a minimum fee of INR 80. This goes towards compensating the shipping company for the additional effort of collecting the cash and remitting the same to our account.
COD orders are processed only after call confirmation. You will receive a call from our end to confirm your order within 24 hours. In case we are unable to connect via call, we will send you a mail to confirm the contact number.
Your order will be marked cancelled if all communications fail.
Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched yet. We process all orders immediately so that you receive them as soon as possible. Any changes in the order, or any cancellation requests are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. For any cancellations or changes in the order, please mail us at info@chamomilehome.in mentioning the order ID.

Shipping & Returns
Once you have placed your order with us, our team takes 2-4 business days to process and ship out your order from our Studio, based in Mumbai. We work with registered courier companies within India, for our products to be delivered within 2-7 business days post dispatch.

Delivery across & within India is free of charge when paid online for all orders. A minimum charge of INR 80 is levied on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Express Shipping is possible for prepaid orders at additional cost as per applicable shipping rates provided at the time of dispatch.

Chamomile Home ensures quality and takes great care in the delivery of products. We attend return requests only if the items delivered are faulty, have been damaged in-transit or do not match the item in the order placed. Please note that we have made every effort to display our products, styles and colours as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee accurate representation of colours on your monitor screen. We do offer a one time exchange but no returns.
We do not stock readymade products with us. This helps us to reduce dead stock and gives us the opportunity to give you the perfect fit, design changes and more. We employ the highest quality of craftsmanship and the most stringent quality checks on every garment we produce. Therefore, returns are accepted only in case you have received a product that has been damaged during the shipping. You can easily avoid this hassle by refusing to accept the delivery if you find that the package has been damaged or tampered with.
Exchanges for sizing issues are allowed once per order. We would request you to check our size guide carefully before placing an order so as to reduce the chances of exchanges. We follow Standard UK/Indian Sizing to give you the best results. To return or exchange a product, kindly get in touch with us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product.
